Booking a monthly vehicle
Choose the vehicle based on passenger needs, commute distance, fuel use and budget. Submit documents for approval, then request a complete quotation showing the monthly price, the 5,000 km mileage allowance, deposit, delivery and excess charges.
During the rental
Follow servicing instructions, monitor warning lights and report faults immediately. Do not arrange independent repairs without authorisation. Keep payments and extensions up to date.
Renewal or return
Contact Al Madina before the end date to confirm an extension. At return, the condition, odometer and fuel level are recorded and outstanding agreed charges are reconciled.
