If you make more than 2–3 trips a day, yes. Regular taxi or Careem use easily reaches AED 1,500–2,500 per month, while an economy car on a monthly plan starts around AED 1,500 plus roughly AED 300 in fuel — with full freedom to go anywhere, anytime. For occasional single trips, a taxi still wins.
The Mitsubishi Attrage is our fuel champion at up to around 22 km per litre, with the Kia Picanto and Kia Pegas close behind. On a typical 1,500 km month that means only about AED 200–250 in petrol.
A comfortable sedan like the Toyota Corolla. Expo City is a 30–40 minute highway drive from central Dubai with huge on-site parking, so prioritise highway comfort and fuel efficiency over size.
Important: standard rental insurance does NOT cover off-road driving — never take a rental onto the dunes. For desert camps and Hatta reachable by paved roads, an SUV like the Toyota Rush gives you height and comfort. For dune bashing, book a licensed desert safari tour instead.
You need an SUV or a 7-seater with the third row folded — the Toyota Rush takes 5 large cases with row three down. A sedan boot fits 2–3 large suitcases at most, so airport groups should always book the bigger car.
Toyota Corolla for small families (two adults, two kids); Toyota Rush 7-seater when grandparents or extra luggage join. Child seats are available on request — tell us the ages when booking.
A recent-model sedan on a monthly plan with airport or hotel delivery. We provide VAT invoices for expense claims, flexible extensions, and can deliver directly to your office or meeting venue.
Yes — and 3-month bookings get better rates than single months. Plans roll monthly, include insurance and maintenance, and can be extended or ended with simple notice. Ideal for new arrivals and project stays.

Tolls, Fines, Insurance & Policies

Yes — on selected economy cars we accept debit cards and offer no-deposit options, so a credit card hold isn’t always required. Higher-value vehicles may still need a card for authorization. Ask us which cars qualify for your dates.
Salik is Dubai’s automatic toll system — gantries scan the car’s tag as you pass, no stopping needed. Each crossing costs AED 4–6 depending on the time of day. Charges register against the car automatically and we bill them to you at cost after your rental.
Yes. UAE traffic fines are registered electronically against the vehicle, and the rental company is notified. We pass fines to you at the official RTA amount — always check your rental agreement for any admin fee before signing, as some companies add heavy markups here.
Call us any hour — we run 24/7 roadside assistance. For mechanical faults, recovery is free and we deliver a replacement car to your location so your plans continue. Tyre punctures and wrong fuel are renter responsibility under standard UAE terms.
Comprehensive cover is included with every rental, but two things matter: the excess (your share of at-fault damage, typically AED 1,000–3,000) and the exclusions — off-road driving, tyres and rims, interior damage, and lost keys are not covered. Optional excess-reduction cover is available for a small daily fee.
GCC citizens can drive in the UAE on their home-country driving licence — no International Driving Permit needed. Just bring your passport or GCC ID card plus your licence. GCC residents who aren’t citizens should check with us, as an IDP may be required depending on their licence country.
Yes — we operate year-round, including Ramadan and Eid. Book early for Eid weekends as demand and prices spike across all Dubai rental companies. During Ramadan, expect heavy traffic in the hour before iftar and much quieter roads just after.
Most RTA street parking is free on Sundays and public holidays (premium zones excluded). Malls offer free parking, usually with generous time limits, and communities like JVC, Motor City, and Silicon Oasis have plentiful free parking. Expect paid zones in Deira, Bur Dubai, Downtown, and the Marina — pay by SMS, the RTA app, or parking meters.
